How we work
Fix the cause, not just the symptom
When a dryer blows a thermal fuse, the easy job is to swap the fuse and leave. It'll work — for a while. The real cause is usually a lint-choked vent or a crushed duct, and if nobody fixes that, the new fuse blows too.
That's the difference we try to make on every visit. We test the dryer properly, explain what failed and why, and give you a full price before we start. If a repair isn't worth it on an older machine, we'll say so.
What you can expect
- A booked time window and a call when we're on the way
- A flat diagnostic fee and a written quote before any repair
- Quality replacement parts, with common ones carried on the van
- A 90-day parts and labour warranty on the repair
- A clean work area when we leave
